Rae

A graduate of the Boston Bartending School, Rae has devoted her career to educating bartenders and bar owners on mixology and general bar operations. Starting her career bartending at private events, Rae has hands on career training with inventory, management, "front-of-the-house" management, bar consulting and creating drink menus. Owner of the RI Bartending School, she continues providing services for corporate and nonprofit events with companies such as Big Brother - Big Sisters of Rhode Island, Shamrock Financial, Gay pride and America on tap. Rae provides affordable consulting services in the greater New England area and has references upon request. She is crowd control certified and  a TIPS trainer. Rae provides the TIPS certification Class (a required certification to pour alcohol in the state of RI) to any student or establishment leaving you fully prepared for your new career!

 

Bob - CSW

Bob was born in the United Kingdom, not far from Liverpool, Lancashire. He moved to the United States at the age of 27, having travelled throughout the world Bob gained an extensive education in the hospitality field during that time. He came to Boston Bartending School our sister company; to learn the American system, which is completely different from the european system that he was accustomed too. Bob has experience in all aspects of "front-of-the-house" management. Including creating cocktail and wine menus, fine-dining and more. Bob attended Johnson & Wales for his education in wine, completing WSET's and is also a CSW. We are the ONLY Bartending School to have a CSW on staff.  Bob has been a member of the Society of Wine Educators and Court of Master Sommeliers.
