While attending the NIGHT class of Mixology you will participate in structured lectures and lab time with your instructor. Night class runs Monday through Thursday from 5:15pm- 9:00pm.

After learning the basics of Bar science and operating behind a bar, students have hands-on training on the crafting of cocktails while learning to be accountable for how to comply with local and federal alcohol regulations. 

After you graduate from the Mixology course you will receive the TIPS certification class required by state law to serve alcohol. Your TIPS certification is included in the price of your class and will need to be renewed 3 years after completion of the course. The certification consists of a lecture and test, held only on a scheduled Friday!

Note: TIPS lectures and testing are a combination of the most current laws and regulations. TIPS classes are held 2 Friday’s a month from 9:45am - 2pm. We certify TIPS for RI, MA, and CT
