Bartending & Mixology

As a top-grade bartending school, we always teach about putting quality before quantity, and how to appreciate the art we put into the glass.

While attending the class of Mixology I you will participate in structured lecture and lab time with your instructor whether you take our Day, Night or Weekend program!

After learning the basics of operating behind a bar, students have hands on training on the crafting of drinks and also preparing real garnishes. While learning to be accountable and in compliance with local and federal alcohol regulations. Expect to work to achieve your goals in completing this course! We do not hand out certificates you EARN it.

During Mixology I you will receive the TIPS certification required by state law to serve alcohol after successfully completing your mixology exam. Your TIPS certification is included in the price of your class and will need to be renewed in 3 years after completion of the course. The certification consists of a lecture and test.

Note: TIPS lectures and testing are a combination of the most current laws and regulations. TIPS classes are held 2 Friday’s a month from 9:45am - 1pm
